Project/Requirment Study

Though organizational systems are mostly standardized, every organization has some special needs, specified procedures, system, and methodology. The output forms and reports may also differ and you may have specific requirements. We understand those needs and customize our system to adapt to your procedures rather than changing them.

During the Requirement Analysis / Detail Design phase the Program Specifications and Detail Design Document will be prepared. For design clarification, interviews with clients personnel / representatives will be conducted. The Project Plan consisting of the Development Plan, System Test Plan and Acceptance Criteria will be finalized during this phase.
